About Our Orlando Warehouse

Our brand-new warehouse facility opened in summer 2024 in Orlando, FL. This warehouse receives overstock items and returned items. Over 90% of the returned items we receive come back to us unopened and in the original packaging. The other 10-ish% are inspected by our quality-control team and determined to be in factory condition. Although, should you receive an item from the warehouse sale that has clear signs of use, the warranty applies, and you can make a claim on LugLife.com to have the item replaced.
