Why are you doing a virtual warehouse sale?
We’re excited to host our warehouse sale to offer amazing deals on limited quantities of select styles and colors. These are the last units of these select styles and colors at our Orlando location, and by offering these items at special prices, we’re able to make room for new inventory while giving our Lugnut community an opportunity to potentially grab a color or style they may have missed out on.
Why is the warehouse sale happening on a different website that requires me to create a separate account from the one I use on LugLife.com?
For our warehouse sale, we’re using a special dedicated website because the inventory is coming directly from our brand-new warehouse in Orlando, FL, which we opened in May 2024. This new setup allows us to offer a streamlined shopping experience for the sale while efficiently managing the specific inventory we have available at this location.
Why am I not able to use my gift card or loyalty points during the virtual warehouse sale?
Since our warehouse sale already offers some of our best deals of the year, these prices are set as low as possible to ensure everyone has access to incredible savings. To keep the discounts fair and consistent for all shoppers, we’re unable to apply additional discounts, loyalty points, or gift cards during this event. However, your points and cards can be used on luglife.com, so you can continue to enjoy benefits from our regular collection anytime. We appreciate your understanding and hope you find something you love!
How often will you be doing virtual warehouse sales?
We don’t know exactly how often we will run virtual warehouse sales, but we will let you know if there becomes future oppurtunities.
How long will the virtual warehouse sale last?
The current virtual warehouse sale will end in October while supplies last. Due to the limited quantities available during the virtual warehouse sale, we may need to end the sale early.
