Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders with subtotals equal or greater than $150. All free shipping offers apply to a single address shipping within Canada and the United States.
What will my warehouse sale order ship?
The current warehouse sale orders will ship Monday, March 24 through Thursday, March 27 from our facility in Orlando. Canadian orders will experience an additional three (3) to five (5) days of transit after the label creation date. Your shipment will begin receiving updates once your order reaches UPS Canada. If you reside in the US, you will see shipment updates two (2) to three (3) days after the label creation date. What shipping methods are available?
Standard Ground shipping is available through UPS. Orders placed using a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a shipping carrier of Lug's choice. Free shipping promotions are excluded in Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. We do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.
What locations do you ship?
We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada only. We do not offer shipping internationally at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.
What is Lug's return policy?
All Lug Warehouse Sale orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be allowed.
